Log into your Rezy Design account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
